Hello Osvaldo,

I'm sorry for the delay in answering your question and still, I cannot answer it.  I do not have a hard date for the release of the NoL's.

We all feel the same way that you do. My family members and I have had to make difficult decisions about what to do in this world that we have found ourselves.... found not by accident. We have all been giving consent for many years and to say "no" in the proper way  has always eluded us.

We see the NoL as the answer....

You and I can wait and wait for the NoL's or we can take a firm, but risky stance and make the changes that we have been avoiding because.... well..... we just don't like change . And we hate extreme changes unless they benefit us in extreme ways.

But, I would suggest to you that the vaccine "mandates" and letters saying that you must be vaccinated by such and such date or you will lose you job are just baloney.... they want you to resign!

Don't quit. Stay firm and stand tall. They cannot legally fire you. They can only give you the impression that they can.

Stand tall and stay in your position.

This is a much needed tool. As the mandates are squeezing so many having the vaccine nol will be epic.
