Hi Derek, I'm not on the Inpower team but I think that this situation might require you to include all three addresses on the NoL and send a a physical 'original' to each of the addresses so it can't be 'contstrued' as not received. It may be slightly more expensive but would certainly ensure the respondent receives it. I'm interested to hear what the team says too.
Regards Deb

Never send originals....

You will only have one set of originals for each Round and those you must keep. Send only copies to Respondents.

Hello Deborah and Derek,

InPower does NOT have an NoL for the Republic of Ireland. We DO have the UK NoL which covers Northern Ireland. An NoL for the Republic of Ireland would need to be customized with the help of our InPower Customization Team. We have an on-line platform where teams in other countries work very closely with InPower to meticulously craft these documents. We do not support NoL's created by anyone outside of InPower. There are many reasons for this, including safety - your safety.

No, you do NOT send more than one NoL to a Respondent. If you were to send 3 NoL's to a Respondent in the US, you could be charged with "paper terrorism". This is a crime, punishable with arrest and jail time.

There is a particular way to send the NoL documents and we are working on providing our members with a workbook and many educational materials to set them up for success.

Respondents and their addresses are submitted by you (members) to the InPower Validation Team and we verify all information and submit that to the Respondent Database. This database will be used by you (members) to search for the men and women you want to hold liable. The verified Respondents will have a unique code. You will select that code and enter it into the semi-automated document generator called the NoL Creator.

InPower will only support documents generated by the NoL Creator.

Hi Lea thank you for your reply, I can appreciate in these times that the Inpower teams work load has increased. I wasn't planning on sending an NOL on my own and with out the advice of the Inpower team. I am currently at the stage of researching and complining a list of respondants for Smart Meter and Vaccine NOL. May I enquire is it intended to have an NOL for the Republic of Ireland as it is in a different juristication to Northern Ireland & the UK

Thank you for the clarification! When someone expresses an interest in helping to customize the NoL for their country, we meet by zoom with them and determine what course to take. Please write into support@inpowermovement.com
