Could the whole HEALTH EMERGENCY EXECUTIVE ORDER that is being imposed be considered a CONTRACT that you did not consent to and/or proof of safety has not been given to you in order to give a knowledgable consent? This ORDER includes quarantine, masks, social distancing, contact tracing, testing, vaccines. And possibly forcing these things upon you would be "trespassing"? or injuring your right to privacy over your body??

InPower cannot create a Face Mask NoL. It is not possible because every area, every state, city, and country has different rules. You need to study your statutes and learn the laws in your community and then go and talk to business owners, sheriffs, neighbors, and the elders in your area and work out what to do. You need to raise awareness and come to an agreement about what you need to do. This is not an appropriate cause for the InPower NoL and the leadership and core team members here cannot help you with this.

I don't think this is the right answer, Lea, although I've thought your previous answers made sense. You are suggesting that we approach it from the world of statues, and Cal has said that we should address it from the "next jurisdiction above." Entering the world of statues will be a waste of time and ultimately not effective, and even dangerous.

Try connecting with your community and raising awareness.... that was what I was referring to.

I only know about here in Montana. But the signs everywhere say that the Governor has issued a directive that everyone over the age of five blah, blah, blah.   My point is the the Governor is an executive position. The Dept. of Health is an administrative agency. Only the legislature is a law making body. So none of their silly face mask rules apply to me. I went into a store without one today and there was not one peep out of anyone. I do have a medical condition and only have said that at Costco. I am considering drawing up a notice if anyone tries to bar me. It would be stating that I am willing to wear a mask if they are willing to assume full liability for my health, medical expenses including hospitalization up to an including the sale of their home. I think I'll have the employee at the door sign it and their store manager perhaps. Still mulling this over.

There is an activist on YouTube named Peggy Hall, her website is The Healthy American.org, she's in Cali and has been working relentlessly to have these mask GUIDELINES" they are not LAWS, overturned and actually succeeded in making them back down in Orange CO. I strongly advise you research all the info. she has provided, there is no law in the US requiring masks no matter what they say.
