Hello Morten,
We are sorry that you feel that you must question InPower volunteers if we are a hoax.

I truly understand your frustration due to the current state of affairs in the world. This is why we are doing this for you and everyone else. Please be patient, and understand that we are all just people too, who are living in the same world, and doing the best we can with what we have in resources and time.

The InPower community has not opened its doors to the public yet.

You are currently on a temporary site so that we can start people with the education and community that will be a big part of the permanent site when it is ready.

Your membership “clock’ does not start until we are on the permanent site.

We have not ‘officially’ opened the temporary site (which you are on right now, called the "interim site"), but some people are on it already, including you.

We are working on NoL’s for 16 countries/languages, for all 4 matters. This is a huge task. Nothing has ever been done like this before. There is no business model... there is no platform built to support such an endeavor, so we are building it from scratch.

We are working very diligently on the NoL's. We feel that we are "on time", though this is a difficult concept to accept if you are expecting the documents right now.
This is a huge task and we have met with considerable challenges, but please know that we are advancing despite this.
We feel confident in what we are doing and will present this work as soon as it is polished and of the utmost quality. This is a war that we will win with such grace and finesse that the wait will be worth it!

I believe this response is in the boundaries of being respectful and positive in intention. However it's more an observation and a suggestion than a question. I hope it is useful and I do maintain and intend that it is respectful.
Recognizing your hard work, that we all value freedom, justice, independence. Recognizing how important this work is, how difficult and complicated it is, and how much has been done already. Thank you very much to Cal and everyone who has volunteered. Of course it's hard to do anything on a volunteer basis, and, this is all new and there's no manual to follow. I appreciate you, thank you. You are doing great work, and you are making a difference in the consciousness of humanity, which may turn out to be the single most important aspect of all this, we don't really know.
"Hoax" isn't accurate, but there does seem to be a "stuck" aspect to it. You are engaged in (among others things) software development. As I understand it, that's not Cal's specialty. No one can be good at everything. Software development is complex. I'm no expert either, but have been on the periphery of software development projects e.g. on the steering committee for an LMS in a university, developing learning objects from scratch, etc. I know enough to know even apparently simple projects are never easy. There are professional methodologies just as there are for all other complex endeavours.
Some pieces that come to mind are a publicly available roadmap, use cases, and user profiles. If you don't have these then you literally don't know what you are doing or why you're doing it. I don't mean to be harsh, and, that's how it looks from here.
Maybe the whole idea of automating the whole process is neither necessary, nor ideal, nor feasible. I can understand how the list of Respondents is useful, but do you need to develop software in order to support large numbers of people serving NoL's?
Maybe a more collaborative approach would be . How about a pilot project? Something like, you make 10 exemplary, filled-in NoL's available on each topic. Then you organize working groups of five people all of whom have committed to watching the intro videos to work together to bring each other's NoL's to a high level of polish, working together from the exemplars. That would "teach people to fish." I'd work with four others on that kind of project.
Meaning maybe it's time to pivot to decentralize and at the same time empower the community perhaps along these lines.  Who all seem to be extremely smart, energetic, motivated and likely collaborative people, to leverage that better.
I'm interested immediately in the vaccines. The jabs are right around the corner, looks like. Once we're out of time, then all this is moot and we've lost.
Again, I hope this helps and I offer these thoughts in a spirit of service to this vital cause. Thanks very much.
