Hello Aaron,
Thank you for bringing us the things we need and working tirelessly to do so!
Sending the NoL is a very personal matter. You are reclaiming your authority and representing yourself as a man, and taking full responsibility for your actions.
As far as timing, you can decide when you want to send each of the rounds.  The only time restriction is that you cannot send a round early. You can always send rounds "late", or when you want. In this way, you do have the opportunity to follow through and completely represent yourself.
I will pose the question to Cal to see if there are some circumstances where a power of attorney would be the best option.

I'm also keen to know whether a Power of Attorney could sign an NoL on another's behalf.
