Hello Debbie, like the hand sanitizer, this sort of dictatorial measure will be addressed by addressing the root (smart meters, 5G, forced vaccination, and geo-engineering). I agree, obediently following the mask wearing mandates is very dangerous, but we need to use the NoL's where they will be most effective in creating change.

By the way, I continue to shop maskless in my community which has mandated mask wearing in all stores. In nearby communities, where specific stores have guards or gatekeepers asking me to wear a mask, I usually say "ok" and keep walking! I have not had a problem at all. I made up my mind that I would not wear a mask, and that's it! I wish that other folks would do the same and this thing would fail immediately.

It reminds me of those x-ray machines at the airports. They are a dangerous assault on the mind and body. If only 10% of the people refused to go through them and take the stupid "pat-down" instead, the airport administrators would drop it immediately because they would not have enough security guards to do all the pat-downs and the lines would back up into the streets. No one would want to fly out of their airport.

I can easily refuse to wear a mask, and I can easily refuse to go through that x-ray machine at the airport, but the radiation that is all around me, I cannot simply refuse it in the same way. A Notice of Liability is the only way for me, personally, to remove any unconditional consent.

Thank you for sharing this, Lea! I love how you say, "OK", and keep walking! Can't believe no one has stopped you yet. What do the folks working the register say to you when you check out? Surely there must be some dialogue? You're right, if more men and women would stand up and act like adults, this "mask-wearing" would fail very quickly.

@Ron Jones: There are two "success stories" from Lea and myself in this thread: https://go.inpowermovement.com/answers/will-any-nol-specifically-address-shelter-in-place-or-mask-wearing/. Lea's post after that offered some "malicious compliance" solutions :-).

Ron, it is weird, and I do not completely understand it myself. No one seems to see that I am not wearing a mask.

Yesterday, I went to a Target to buy a bottle of wine for a dinner party with my family. I was asked to wear a mask at the door and I said, ”ok” and walked in. All of the employees and everyone that I could see were wearing masks.

It took me a little while to find the wine I wanted. People passed me in the aisle without incident. When I got to the holding pen (where you had to line up 15 feet from the one woman show at the register), two women who had carts of groceries in front of me kindly asked me to go ahead of them, so I did.

I usually talk to people while in the line, especially if they are first to speak to me with a kind word, but I decided I should just keep my mask-less mouth shut.
There was an employee who was stationed there before the one register, whose job it was… was to tell befuddled customers who ambled towards the register that they were to go and line up in the holding pen. She was wearing a black mask and she kept glancing at me.

Her other duty was to tell the next one up in the holding pen that they should come forth, to the red circle on the floor with the two foot prints, and social distancing ”logo” (very Target style, and I marveled at how quickly Target had these really nice accoutrements created for this virus event).

I was getting a little nervous because the wait was extra long and the black masked lady kept looking at me…. finally, I was called forth to the register. The young cashier was not ”of age” to ring up a bottle of wine so Black Mask stepped in to assist.

To my utter astonishment, she carded me! (asked to see my ID to confirm that I was 21 years old and fit to buy a bottle of wine). That hasn’t happened for at least 30 years (I’m over 60).

Perhaps my unease was associated with youthful exuberance and not actually the fact that I was mask-less. But because this keeps happening to me, I can only deduce that reclaiming my authority has actually given me the power to use that authority to overcome this climate of utterly destructive and senseless obedience.

This happens to me as well! I go into Costco even with 3 teens, and the lady or guy there says" M'am, do you have a mask?" I tell her "No I don't do the masks, and neither do they, we have a medical exemption, and it's hereditary! They look a little befuddled, we walk on, and repeat to my children that we all need oxygen for our blood to flow well, and that is that. This has worked for me all along..that is if anyone asks me. When you walk in with authority, I think some angels come with us that tell people to back off! On top of that, I do believe that it is a medical nightmare that all these people are wearing masks. People are slowly finding this out too! I do not lie...this is a medical necessity - O2 that is! And the germ load in those masks...gross!

Maria Maher that is brilliant. I will use that the next time I walk into a store without a face covering. I'm in Colorado. The governor has issued an Executive order: "ordering individuals in Colorado to wear non-medical face coverings". Compliance is very high and store employees have started asking me to put on a face covering. I have not done it.

Maria Maher, I like that. In Colorado most people are wearing face coverings in compliance with an order from the governor

I'm with you. I decided when this whole thing started, "no mask" and I won't wear one.

I can't agree more with the comment about x-ray machines at the airport. I never go through them. I live in Scotland and fly to Germany a couple of times a year. I make sure I am not wearing anything metallic so the first check you go through doesn't set off the alarm. However, they were doing a spot check once so I was called forward. I said no thank you to the scanner and was then told that I would have to go through a physical check. They say it in a tone which makes it sound unpleasant. I just said fine. The woman sighed and had to then go and get another female security officer as there had to be two of them who took me into a cubicle. They patted me down but prior to that I had to sign a piece of paper saying that at that point I couldn't change my mind and go through the scanner! They asked me why I refused the scanner and I said I was writing a book and needed to experience what happened when people declined the scanner. In the airport at Berlin they have small signs but not so small that you need glasses to read them which clearly state that going through the x-ray is optional. There are no such signs at Glasgow airport. Berlin airport is a constant "building site" so every time I go there it is different. Last year they had installed the scanners at the entrance to security so that you had to go through it. When it was my turn I just walked right through without stopping. The German woman on security told me to stop and asked me to go back and I said no thank you. I was then told to go to a female colleague who patted me down and then asked me to follow her (this is all intimidation the first time it happens because you think you may be heading for an internal examination). What they do is swab your midriff - apparently looking for drugs. That was it. I too wish that people would get informed and not go through them where they are not mandatory. They way they work is to get people used to it and then make it mandatory. If they declare a state of emergency then they can do anything you want but otherwise please decline where and when possible - for all of us. Thanks.

I was prepared with a laminated card I made that had my questions on it, including a conditional acceptance with health questions about masks on it. Haven't had to use it once when I go maskless. I also laminated a copy of the Region's "instructions" which includes "medical exemptions" and you don't have to explain what they are, and if you go to the website, it includes "can't breathe." Isn't this all so ridiculous? Anyway, I haven't had any problems. A couple times, to save a hassle, I briefly put it on past the guard at the store, then remove it on the inside, and wave to the guard maskless on the way out. But I really want to be challenged actually, so I can practice my skills ,Oh, is that a legal requirement? Yes. Am I a woman? Yes. Can you show me evidence that legal requirements apply to women (vs person)? I want to try that out ... I hear there's one tough store near us, so I'll get up my courage to have this conversation, because I want to be prepared to handle more challenging situations, say, with police. Easy time to practice now with masks.
