Hello Kristal, IMPORTANT! The mailing address for a Respondent must be either a physical address or a post office box (P.O.Box) or a mailbag address. Please do not list both options. The most accurate and preferred address to use is the physical office or the head quarters address for the Respondent's company/organization. Do not list the Respondent's home address. The corporate office or head quarters address can often be found on the company’s website, and usually at the bottom of the page. Alternatively, search a few of the company listing websites, such as https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/ and https://www.sec.gov/. There may be several addresses to choose from because of various buildings or various locations in one city or in several cities. Investigate which address is most likely the headquarters. You may need to make a phone call to one of the locations in order to ask for the correct address. When you can find a partial addresses only, use “Google Maps” to cross-reference the physical location. This will often fill in the gaps to give you a more complete physical address. Sometimes, photographs of the building are included on the map link and these will provide further useful information. Addresses for politicians can be tricky, as they will usually have a local office as well as a national office address. Either of these addresses are appropriate since both are "official" physical addresses.
