Appreciate the quick response, to my understanding they have gone ahead with the installation today with the Smart meter without my consent. However I did ask the 3rd party company who is contracted with the ESB, not to install this meter, as I had a few questions, in regards to the costs of this new installation if any, and if there was a defect to the meter, I never got an answer. I will follow up with your recommendation to contact the ESB and ask for a opt-out. I will be requiring from the ESB, the many questions such as the health/safety for residence living in our complex.
