The US Security and Exchange Commission numbers show which countries are registered with the US as "foreign governments". This brings those countries into the US realm as things "owned". This is why we use US dollars on the NoL's of other countries, and it is also why the UCC (Uniform Commercial Code) applies to those countries as well. These things are covered in the NoL Foundations 1 & 2 videos posted on the Knowledge Base under "NEW!".
