I meant to ask two questions. Number one: What's the next step.... Number 2: How do you enforce...

Hello Valeria,

Currently, we have a number of enforcement scenarios planned but we are also leaving this open for any and all eventualities, some of which we have not even considered. It needs to be expansive to encompass a reality that we have not been able to comprehend (in a good sense).

InPower Head Quarters will provide guidance to our members, but ultimately it will be your decision to choose from a viable set of options.

Let's start with explaining what happens after billing and Notice to Debtor.

Rounds 4 through 6 are the True Bills or the billing rounds. These rounds will calculate your daily fee for conditionally accepting any smart meter that you deem to be “near” your dwelling and or workplace. The Respondents are given 3 chances to pay their bills, but if they do not, they will receive 3 Notices to Debtor which are the final rounds before you have a completed commercial instrument (or valuable security) in each one of the Respondent’s names.

By the way, the True Bills specify that the debt can be paid in a few different ways such as with gold or silver, (not just US currency…)

To grasp the next points that have to do with a completed NoL process, take a look at the Educational UK NoL… (provided on the interim site) look under the Terms of Conditional Acceptance on page 10. Read it.  In this portion of the NoL we talk about what we want from this contract or counter-offer.

On number 11, you will see that it outlines what happens when Respondents do not pay their bills; they agree that any kind of collection procedure can be used against them…. impound, lien, or to have a Sheriff take all of their possessions. Number 11 leaves room for other actions as well. It is left wide open for all sorts of remedies, including a criminal indictment.

These documents could also be used in many types of courts….

The NoL tells the Respondents that enforcement is going to happen, so it would be good for them to think about what they are doing.... they need to make better choices. When they find that they are on the wrong side of the victory, it will be too late. Right now, they feel they are benefiting from the way the system works. But this will change.

Number 6 is also open-ended … we say that the meters can be removed by “others” meaning we could, as a large community, remove the meters all at once…. OR they could be removed by the Archangels. The NoL is giving contractual permission for beings outside of this realm to come in and help. The word “others’ is not defined in the NoL but it can be individually defined by each Claimant.

Lea, thank you for the time to answer my questions. But I still have another one. I found the UK Trespassing Technology NOL But I don't see the True Bills and Notice of Debtors in that document. Can you please share the link to where I can view and study the True Bills and Notice of Debtors? Thank you!

Those rounds are not provided on the interim site for education... the most important part of learning what this is all about is to study round one.

Thank you Lea. If those rounds are not provided on the interim site, where are they located then? And how do I get access to them? I already studied the NOL process. I have been following Cal’s work for about 4 years now and I finally decided to join this movement, mainly because of the vaccines (I have email communications with you from years ago 🙂 ) I even attended a couple of Zoom meetings with Cal and I already subscribed to two upcoming Zoom meetings). I understand the NoL very well up to the Notice of Default. I really would like to be able to see the True Bills and Notice of Debtors to understand and learn the entire process. I have been doing Administrative Processes (Notice, Notice of Fault and Opportunity to Cure, Notice of Default and Imminent Liability) for 3 years for several personal issues and the process, when done correctly, really works. So please, if there any way I am able to see the entire process from round 1 to round 9? Thank you.

Yes, I do remember you Valeria.

Have you listened to the Member Orientation webinar playback? It may help you to know the procedure here… https://go.inpowermovement.com/knowledge-base/member-orientation-webinar/

At InPower, our mission is to work as a world-wide community, with hundreds of thousands of members. We are establishing a platform that will initially handle 1 million men and women. We do this because we know that such a vast number of good willed men and women working in unison and unifying around one goal (removing a weapon system) is the only way to be successful and truly change the world that we live in.

Our concern is for the success and SAFETY of all of our members.

We moved to a membership community so that we could provide documents for men and women living in 16 countries. We are building a semi-automated document generator  (NoL Creator) that will also be a record keeper of all the Respondents and how much they owe all of the Claimants (Members). This will help with enforcement strategies.

We have not posted the documents yet. Providing this service is a monumental task… and ensuring that safety and success can be multiplied over and over for those who are new to this, is a big part of what we are building. We need to provide a system where groups of men and women can organically come together, help each other, and work as a unified force to be reckoned with.

We are relying on those who are mature, sober, wise, and loving to be the trail blazers. This takes a truly selfless nature…. men and women who are willing to work for the good of all, rather than focus on their own personal goals, will be the ones that help us to attain victory.

When the permanent site is ready, Claimants who have already started the NoL process using the old InPower NoL rounds 1 through 3, will be required to upload copies of their documents to our platform. This way we can check them for errors or alterations. If your NoL is accurate, you may proceed to the next round and all of your documents will go “on the record”

.
We cannot support any documents that have been authored by others, nor can we support InPower documents that have been altered. Members who have used altered documents will need to start fresh, from the beginning, using our newly updated NoL's. This is the only way that men and women can be a part of the InPower mission and the enforcement strategies that we are providing.
